PIFA is wholly commited to playing a positive role in environmental issues by supporting all policies which demonstrate sound environmental practice, and contribute towards sustainable strategy.

PIFA activities support energy efficiency, clean technologies, resource use, waste minimisation, recycling and energy recovery. Improved environmental management and reporting are carried out to reduce environmental impact from the industry's products and processes.
